I like movies. Correction, LOVE movies. Even the terribly
awful ones.
I love the experience. I love watching them alone, with
friends, with strangers, sharing the experience… laughing, crying, being taken
away to a place, being told a story… they are my favourite kind of art.
Fashion coming in at a close second.

A quick note on Oscar:
I had a brush with fame (aka was a self-proclaimed child
star) which led me to a mild (ok hot) obsession with the Academy Awards.
My dad worked in the movie industry and was given Oscar,
who he bestowed on me at the tender age of 9. This is the year I began watching
the awards. All dressed up, alone, in my basement, with my Oscar.
14 years later, not much has changed.
